1. Shared Space Policy

• Hourly Rate: The utilization of a shared coworking desk is subject to an accessible fee of P45 per hour.
• Daily Desk Rate: The fee for utilizing a shared coworking desk on a daily basis is P199, and this fee is non-refundable.
• Free Internet Access: Access to complimentary Wi-Fi with a speed of up to 100 Mbps is provided as part of the workspace utilization.
• Free Unlimited Coffee & Drinking Water: Complimentary refreshments, such as coffee and drinking water, are offered as part of the workspace utilization.
• Locker Space: Secure daily locker utilization is included as part of the workspace utilization and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Free One-Time Local Calls: The ability to make one local call per day is included as part of the workspace utilization, with a limitation of one usage per day.
• One-Time Free Printing Service: Access to a one-time free printing service for essential documents is provided as part of the workspace utilization, with a daily limit of one usage and a maximum of 5 printed pages.
• Power Generator: A backup power generator is available in the event of power outages and is included as part of the workspace utilization.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made no less than 24 hours in advance. A cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booking cost will be incurred for late cancellations. Payments made for late cancellations are non-refundable.
• Code of Conduct: Users are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the premises, and no refunds will be issued for removal due to code of conduct violations.
• Security and Privacy: It is the responsibility of users to safeguard their personal belongings. Kolab shall not be held liable for any lost or stolen items, and no refunds will be provided for such occurrences.
• Noise Control: Users are requested to be mindful of noise levels. Excessive noise may lead to removal from the workspace, and no refunds will be provided due to noise control violations.

2. Virtual Office Address Policy

• Virtual Office Rate: P3,000/month for monthly access to virtual office services, non-refundable even if the full month is not utilized.
• Business Address: Use of Kolab address for business, included with service.
• Mail Handling: Secure mail management, mail held for up to 30 days unless otherwise arranged, included with service.
• Complimentary Drinks During Visits: Complimentary drinks during office visits, limited to business hours, included with service.
• Professional Connections: Networking opportunities, included with service.
• Appointment Limit: 1-hour limit per visit, limited to business hours, included with service.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations require 30 days' notice, no refunds for unused portions of the service period, payment is non-refundable for late cancellations.
• Code of Conduct: Maintain professionalism during visits, disruptive behavior may lead to service termination, no refund for termination due to code of conduct violations.
• Security and Privacy: Visitors must secure their personal belongings, Kolab is not responsible for lost or stolen items during visits, no refund for lost or stolen items.
• Noise Control: Maintain a quiet environment during visits, excessive noise may lead to restricted access to the space, no refund for restricted access due to noise control violations.

3. Event Space Policy

• For 10-15 pax: The event space costs P3,000 and must be reserved in advance, with a non-refundable payment.
• For 15-20 pax: The event space costs P5,000 and must be reserved in advance, with a non-refundable payment.
• For 20-30 pax: The event space costs P8,000 and must be reserved in advance, with a non-refundable payment.
• For 30-40 pax: The event space costs P10,000 and must be reserved in advance, with a non-refundable payment.
• Additional Hours: Cost P1,000/hr, with extra charges for extra hours and services, and a non-refundable payment once booked.
• The Hosting Fee: P1,000/event, with extra charges for extra hours and services, and a non-refundable payment once booked.
• Live Streaming: Cost P1,500 (6 hours), with extra charges for extra hours and services, and a non-refundable payment once booked.
• Photography & Videography: Cost P4,000, with extra charges for extra hours and services, and a non-refundable payment once booked.
• Corkage Fee: P500 for outside food and drinks, with a non-refundable payment.
• A P2,000 security deposit: Is required for event space bookings, refundable after the event, pending inspection for damages or missing equipment.
• Cancellations: Must be made 5 days in advance, with a 50% cancellation fee for late cancellations (3 days notice), and a non-refundable payment for late cancellations.
• Maintain a respectful and professional environment: Disruptive behavior during events may result in termination and no refund for code of conduct violations.
• Event organizers: Responsible for securing their equipment and belongings, Kolab is not responsible for lost or stolen items, no refund for lost or stolen items.
• Manage noise levels: Excessive noise may lead to event termination and no refund for noise control violations.

4. Meeting Room Policy

• Solo (3 hours): P250 for a 3-hour meeting room booking, non-refundable.
• 2-3 pax (3 hours): P600 for a 3-hour meeting room booking, non-refundable.
• 5-8 pax (3 hours): P1,250 for a 3-hour meeting room booking, non-refundable.
• Free Coffee & Drinking Water: Complimentary during your meeting, included with service.
• Pantry Use: Access available during your booking, included with service.
• Smart TV: Available for presentations, included with service.
• Power Generator: Backup power during outages, included with service.
• Additional Hours: P100/hr, must be requested in advance, non-refundable once booked.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance, a 50% cancellation fee applies to late cancellations, non-refundable for late cancellations.
• Code of Conduct: Maintain a respectful environment, disruptive behavior may result in membership termination, no refund for termination due to code of conduct violations.
• Security and Privacy: Members are responsible for securing their belongings, Kolab is not responsible for lost or stolen items, no refund for lost or stolen items.
• Noise Control: Maintain a professional noise level, excessive noise may lead to restricted access to facilities, no refund for restricted access due to noise control violations.

5. Student, PWDs, Senior Citizen Discount

• Beneficiaries: Students, PWDs, and Senior Citizens are eligible for a 5% discount on the total invoice.
• Discount Eligibility: A 5% discount applies to the total invoice.
• ID Verification: Present a valid ID for verification at the time of purchase.
• No ID, No Discount: Without a valid ID, the discount will not be applied.
• One-Time Use Per Transaction: The discount can be applied once per transaction.
• Not Valid with Other Promotions: The discount cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions.
• Discount Applicability: The discount is only applicable to services and products directly provided by the business.
• Exclusions: Certain items or services may be excluded from the discount.

3. User Accounts

• To book a space, you may be required to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary.

4. Booking Process

• All bookings are subject to the availability of the coworking space.
• Payment for the booking must be made at the time of the reservation. We accept (Over-The-Counter, and E-Wallet) as payment methods.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Please refer to Services Policy for the cancellation and refund policy of each service.

6. Use of the Coworking Space

• You agree to use the coworking space in a responsible manner, adhering to all rules and policies provided by the space.
• You may not use the coworking space for any illegal or unauthorized activities.
• You are responsible for any damages to the space or equipment caused during your use.

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or any intangible losses resulting from your use of our services or booking a coworking space.
• Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid for the booking.

8. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the services at our discretion, without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in any fraudulent or illegal activities.
